- Getting to the congress site:
The congress site is located at Salguero 1433. At the beginning it is convenient to go there by taxi (see next point) and later on you can take the subway (D line) until the Bulnes station. From there, walk in the same direction of the traffic along Coronel Diaz street (very pleasant with many trees, coffee shops, stores, etc) until Boulevard Charcas. Turn right until finding a square with a church (also a nice neighbourhood), turn left 300 meters along the Salguero street.
Another route: from the subway station go along the Santa Fe avenue (direction against traffic) until the corner with Salguero, turn left.

Taxis
There are thousands and are very cheap for European and American standards. Two classes: all in yellow and black, but those belonging to radio taxi companies have an identification on the rear doors with a phone number, etc, and those belonging to private individuals not. Choose those of the first class to be absolutely safe.
Pay in pesos the quantity appearing in the electronic clock and nothing else (they do not expect a tip).
Current rates in argentine pesos: start 3,80 $ plus 0,38 $ every 200 meters
Take into account that 5,40 $ = 1 € or 3,80 $ = 1 U$S
