COAP Special issue for the 24th IFIP Congress on System
Modelling and Optimization

Manuscripts can be submitted through COAP's web page:

When you choose the "article type", one of the items in the pull down
menu will be "IFIP/Buenos Aires".  The papers will go through the
usual review process employed for all journal submissions, however,
the accepted papers will be published in a single volume which focuses
on the conference. Fredi Troeltzsch will handle the special issue.
